This position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, as well as works closely with the National Director of Local Marketing. This position will supervise lead generation at hotel and timeshare properties in Key West. Qualified candidates must have two to three (2-3) years of timeshare marketing supervisory/management experience.
The creation and management of special marketing programs.
On-site review and support of program implementation and success at all off site marketing locations.
Development and oversight of all offsite programs
Identify key off site lead generation locations and manage offsite locations.
Internet and Web initiative marketing
Additional special projects as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing and National Director of Onsite Marketing.
Recruitment, training and development of marketing teams

The position requires a skill set to include:
