Impark is currently looking for a Full-Time Supervisor to work at our Los Angeles Location in Los Angeles, CA.
Ensure positive experiences for all Impark partners and clients
Ensure work area is maintained to Impark's standards
Ability to supervise and develop staff
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
A passion for change and a desire to grow within an expanding and evolving organization
Enthusiasm for ongoing, learning, coaching and training
A proven ability to surpass expectations
The ability to resolve conflict and solve problems within tight deadlines
Ensure the loyalty and satisfaction of our parking customers and stakeholders
Excellent communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and be an expert in all areas of customer service
Excellent organizational skills
Experience managing time and attendant
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead hand capacity
Familiar with cash handling and ticket processing
Available to work M-F 8am to 4:30pm
Previous customer service experiences an asset but not required
