Supervisor Lab Maintenance

We are looking for a Supervisor Lab Maintenance to join our growing team. This role manages a team of lab maintenance technicians responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and infrastructure supporting IOPS laboratory operations.

As a Supervisor Lab Maintenance, a typical day might include the following:

• Managing a team comprised of internal Regeneron lab maintenance technicians as well as external contractors.

• Overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring that lab maintenance work is performed on time and in accordance with the associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).

• Assisting Facilities management with project planning, budgeting, and staffing as needed.

• Coordinating with various service providers for maintenance work that is performed by external contractors. Reviewing reports received from external contractors for accuracy and compliance.

• Working cross-functionally to ensure new equipment is installed correctly and preventive maintenance schedules are setup properly within the Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM) system.

• Approving scheduled and on-demand maintenance work records within the BMRAM system.

• Providing support to technicians in the field, helping to perform maintenance and to troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Supporting deviation investigations, working with Quality Assurance and other department representatives to determine root cause and corrective actions as applicable, and supporting regulatory inspections related to lab maintenance work.

To be considered for the Supervisor Lab Maintenance position, you should have an BS/BA with 5+ years of relevant experience performing maintenance work on equipment used in the manufacturing and/or testing of pharmaceutical products, along with some leadership or supervisory experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

$76,100.00 - $124,300.00
