Klamath Basin Behavioral Health is an accredited NHSC facility. The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range. Salary: $64,691 - $80,863 DOE Benefits:

QMHPs shall meet the following minimum qualifications and shall hold one of the following educational degrees: Graduate degree in Psychology Supervisor Responsibilities:

Maintain 20% clinical caseload, depending on duties. Insure access, quality and effectiveness for a KBBH program component or specialty. Make day-to-day workload and workflow decisions.

Provide direct clinical support to KBBH clinicians through live supervision, consultation, education, co-therapy, targeted clinical interventions and function as the Program Manager's designee for back-up individual or group supervision. Insure that supervision notes are complete for all individual and group supervision that is provided. Insure timely reporting and routine paperwork for the areas of responsibility to our contractors and QI committees.

Take a lead role in Quality Improvement. Multi-Stage approvals - Review and approve clinical documentation, to include approval of assessments and other documentation. Complete purchase approvals.

Manage the walk-in clinic and work closely with Care Navigators and front desk staff to coordinate clinic needs and schedule. Work closely with the Clinical Manager to develop employee Performance Appraisals, Performance Goals and Training Plans. Assists agency staff members through individual and group supervision in analyzing case problems and in improving their diagnostic and helping skills.

Reviews case records and evaluates performance of staff members and recommend indicated action. Participates in developing and implementing agency administrative policy. Counsels clients individually or in groups on planned or experimental basis and in emergencies.

Trains new employees Provides in-service training for experienced workers in areas such as new policies, procedures, and regulations. Represents agency in community or in interagency meetings. Conducts or directs staff development programs.

Process employee timecards by the required time frame. Insure timely completion of employee status change and/or payroll change forms. Supervisor is required to complete a payroll change form any time wages are changed.

Wage changes Performance evaluation Supervisory Responsibilities: Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid Oregon driver’s license, insurable driving record. Personal automobile insurance is required if clients are transported, or any agency business is conducted by the employee using his/her personal vehicle. If the employee is an unlicensed therapist or is not actively in the licensing process, employee must meet the requirements tobecome MHACBO QMHP Certified.

Certification or licensure must be maintained for the length of employment.
