The IT Product Lead is responsible for coordinating the gathering of business requirements, specifications and ensuring plan adherence with regulatory agencies as specified by the Product Owner, as well as being engaged in the day-to-day decisions regarding the product development and maintenance. This role will contribute product support expertise and leadership for each respective Enterprise Application and will have primary responsibility for the establishment of better controls, operational excellence and customer experience.
The IT Product Lead supervises a team of Business Analysts, Developers and Reporting Specialists that are responsible for delivering IT Services, on time, on budget and according to specifications. Acts as technical expert and department resource for assigned area of responsibility.
Product lines include: Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, Dental, and Worker's Comp.
Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Must have software development experience, have experience with software development life cycle, and Project Mangement knowledge. Must possess strong communication, self-motivation, analytical, problem solving, project management, and vendor management skills.
Years of Experience: 5 years experience in Development/Technical Support of computer systems plus least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
