ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday
Thursday, 7:00 am
5:30 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities
Oversee the operations of the base failure/utility cut, seal coat, pothole and level up/overlay crews in the departments effort to meet the annual street repair/ maintenance work goals. Coordinate work efforts to maximize productivity and efficiency from personnel, equipment and work materials. Ensure all traffic control and safety rules are followed.
Oversee and coordinate work efforts by assessing street conditions, planning and preparing work prior to performing street maintenance and repairs.
Lead and assign work details to Street Maintenance Crew leaders as required to accomplish daily work assignments.
Monitor and lead work crews with work quality and quantity, ensuring work is being performed in an efficient manner and all safety and traffic control rules are followed.
Perform administrative duties by completing work order information, injury and accident reports, time detail edits, maintain material inventory and complete disciplinary documentation/actions.
Provide customer service and investigating customer complaints and claims.
Assign crews to correct problems and ensure corrective procedures are completed.
May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
