Direct daily operation activities by supervising analytical, technical and administrative work in the
planning, installation and support of new and existing desktop and laptop systems, printers, wireless
devices and peripherals. Communicates with end users to determine needs, schedule work, and provide
basic training on all hardware and some software. Provide technical support and guidance for problem
resolution to team members. Interface with other IS departments to provide accurate information needed
for problem resolution. Assist with and provide direction on projects that involve the Field Support team,
as well as coordination of support within the team.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field required.
In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of work experience in IS field services required.
(If no degree, a total of nine (9) years of experience required.)
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Advanced knowledge of principles and methods of information processing, operating systems, system
utilities and technical methodologies used in end point device support
