Position Summary:

The Imaging Support Supervisor is responsible for the management of the non-clinical operations, staff, and activities of Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH) Imaging and Transport Departments. This position is also responsible for providing project management and coordination for quality improvement initiatives for the enhancement and improvement imaging and transport processes.

This position requires organization, prioritization, leadership, creativity, diplomacy, analysis skills, and coordination and delegation of work assignments. Internal contacts are general in nature and include all levels of staff and management throughout MHS.

Minimum Requirements:

2 years of experience in professional or technical role/function
1 year supervisory experience preferred; experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role required

Experience in a union and health care environment preferred

Experience performing data analysis using Microsoft Excel/Access, Crystal Reports or other data analysis software preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Associate degree; or 2 years additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
