Position Summary
Our production team focuses on creating delicious, convenient and value oriented Asian-inspired meal solutions for our consumers. The Production Supervisors function involves achieving standards related to quality, attainability of the standard yield, cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, sanitation and productivity by maximizing the condition of the machineries on a production line and the utilization of the labor force. The supervisor maintains the required documentation of the line records to follow the Company policies and complies with required laws, rules and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties are considered essential to the job. Qualified individuals must have the ability with or without reasonable accommodations to perform the following duties but not limited to:
Allocates resources and evaluate staff's performance
Evaluate the production line operations, identify bottle neck areas, take corrective actions to make sure to meet Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
Complete and file all reports required by Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) such as HACCP reports (Metal Detector Check, Weight Checker Reports, and Fryer Reports), Allergen reports, documents, which are essential to the operations.
Ensure all process control reports have been properly and timely filed and take actions as needed.
Take prompt actions to correct any abnormal conditions by conducting root cause analysis to ensure timely action plans.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established Company policies and procedures.
Carry out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company policies and applicable laws, including training employees; assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems while partnering with Human Resources.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or three plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility
Good communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box
Solution and team oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)

Vocational training or post-secondary degree in a technical field
Experience using a CMMS system
