Under the direction of the Director of Grants, the Supervisor Grants is responsible for coordinating and leading activities for the Grant Writing team that strategically align with the organization#s mission. Annual Salary Range: $63,169.60 - $93,184.00 Qualifications Education: Requires a bachelor#s degree in Grants Administration or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work. Prefer a Master#s degree. Experience: Must have minimum of five (5) years of grant related experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Prefer prior direct or indirect supervisory experience. Experience drafting letters of intent (LOI), concept papers, proposals, logic models, and case statements and creating proposal budgets is highly desired. Certification/Licensure: Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) and Grant Professional Certification Institute (GPCI) are preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills
