Gas Operations is focused on ensuring the safe and reliable flow of natural gas to our customers. As a whole, Gas Operations is responsible for all aspects of PG&E's gas distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, restoration and emergency response.
Oversees the review, scan, coding, accurate classification, and loading of gas transmission mapping job documents that are critical to the safe and reliable operations of the natural gas transmission system. Ensures that the work group adheres to all standards and compliance requirements while maintaining necessary production levels.
Assigns work as necessary.
Creates and updates best practices aides/guides.
Creates, manages, and teaches best practices for packaging and attributing of digital documents.
Ensures Safety is a priority for self, team, and the public. Meet all safety requirements.
Forecasts incoming work and expected throughput.
Monitors and reports production and personnel costs to senior management.
Performs QC/QA activities in ECTS and Windows Explorer.
Recruit/select, communicate expectations, foster employee engagement, coach, develop, mentor, recognize and reward employees in order to drive performance and results. Manages Union employees and Contractors
Reports on availability of documents in system of record.
Supports special projects for other groups within PG&E as necessary.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Five (5) years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Prior Supervisory experience
