Supervisor

Job Overview:

Provides clinical supervision to team members. Responsible for delegation of work load, quality assurance, organization of unit flow, training of new clinical staff, assessment of consumers in the psychiatric ED and the community patients home, area hospitals, police departments etc. Enforcement of regulations and policies. Overseeing patients' movement within the system. Organizing work load for the shift.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field

• Candidate must have a minimum of two years experience POST master degree working full time (or full time equivalent) in the behavioral health field.

• Candidate must have a valid driver license and ability to drive agency vehicles during outreach calls

Preferred:

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

• 4:00 pm 12:00 am

• Alternating Weekends and Holidays

• Full Time

Pay Range:

$79,960.00 minimum to $81,120.00 maximum Annual Salary
