Responsible for operations at the visitation center while leading the visitation administrator to deliver exceptional quality service for facility staff and Family & Friends. Responsibilities include opening/closing the visitation center, powering up, testing, basic troubleshooting of equipment, maintenance and cleanliness of the building while minimizing cost.
Communicates with customers and associates to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensures contract requirements are met.
Leads team to meet and exceed company objectives.
Ensures associates are meeting expectations by setting goals and objectives.
Hires and develops direct reports
Scheduling of team to ensure proper coverage
Approves timesheets, time off requests, and expense reports
Ensures the technical performance of their team(s) utilizing training courses, etc.
Responsible for planning and implementation of the budget
Asset management (Site Inventory, Laptop's, PC's, Etc.)
Analyzes and reduces operating costs.
Responsible for video visitation access for facility staff
Ensures operational readiness and performance for all systems (Security/Avaya Phones/SVV/Securus Workstations/BSO Workstations as required)

Demonstrates proficient understanding of customer service needs and works to improve the operation of the visitation center.
Able to adjust to the Correctional Facility environment and guidelines.
Microsoft Operating System experience including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, & Word.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment where problem resolution times are measured in hours.
Must exhibit all of the company's cultural attributes.

Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Have no family incarcerated in any local Correctional Facility.
Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools. May be required to lift up to 55 pounds.
