Environmental Services Supervisor - Evening Shift

In this role, you will supervise the work activities of Environmental Services & Waste Management personnel to ensure proper operation throughout the hospital. Distribute work assignments, recommend need for additional equipment, and ensure proper daily staffing. Empower Environmental Services professionals to deliver extraordinary patient experiences. Be the face of caring, proactive customer service on a tight knit team. Serve as a liaison to world-renowned medical staff. Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and hospitality for all patients and employees. Provide inspiring, action-oriented leadership that fosters consistency, results and personalized service across our hospital.

This is a full time, evening position from 4pm-12am, with rotating weekends.

Preferred Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience as an Environmental Services Supervisor in a hospital or hospitality environment

• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards and Quality Assurance

• Certification to operate pallet jack and/or motorized pony cart

Required Criteria

• Associate's degree from a recognized college or university or equivalent experience

• Two years of previous work related experience

• Basic knowledge of EVS, laundry, or waste management operations, preferably in a large institution
