Oversee the daily responsibilities of 8-12 specialists, responsible for determining new enrollment, disenrollment and changing coverage eligibility transactions
Solve problems and handle complex enrollment-related questions, as necessary
Oversee process and work distribution to ensure adequate staffing and making adjustments to work flows as necessary
Monitoring budgetary requirements
Supervisory or team lead experience in a customer-oriented setting
Healthcare or health insurance experience preferred
Leadership skills takes initiative to answer questions and proactively identifies and resolves staff concerns and barriers to success
Commitment to maintaining and enhancing the high level of service provided by our customer service representatives
Excellent organizational skills and able to handle several activities and projects at one time
Ability to problem solve using critical thinking skills
Applicants will need to commit to working from our office in Sauk City, WI full-time, with minimal travel to other Quartz campuses or external locations, as needed.
