The NGL Distribution Supervisor reports to the Director of Unregulated NGL Distribution and has responsibility for NGL truck and rail distribution activities in the United States. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee all Enterprise NGL truck and rail distribution and scheduling activities.
Responsible for 2 reports that respectively perform truck and rail distribution and scheduling for all areas.
Coordinate and communicate with Enterprise NGL Marketing and Asset Commercial groups and 3rd parties to ensure that all truck and rail obligations are satisfied, per contractual requirements.
Assist and correspond with Enterprise customers and counterparties to troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues that arise.
Manage Enterprise's railcar fleet to efficiently serve business requirements.
Work with the railroads, terminal operators, trucking companies to minimize demurrage/detention costs.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with Enterprise's customers and counterparties.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the NGL industry is required.
Distribution or commercial experience is preferred.
The ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time is required.
Self-motivated individual with the willingness/ability to work in a high energy environment.
Must obtain a solid understanding of the unique services the Enterprise assets and facilities provide as it relates to NGL transportation, storage, and processing.
Ability to think strategically to optimize Enterprise assets and to maximize financial and growth objectives.
Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers.
Effective written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels within the organization.
Ability to multitask and demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving.
High ethical standards demonstrated by the individual's reputation.
