Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging

Performs supervisory role in the CT and Radiology area and performs radiographic examinations as necessary according to accepted department protocols, hospital policy and procedures. This position reports to the Operations Manager of Imaging Services. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age-specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association

• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Or

• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or

• Upon hire: National Certified MRI Technologist

• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists Or

• Upon hire: National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board

• California Fire and Life Safety Card

• National Organization within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years Technical experience with demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility.
