Definition, maintenance, and support of Operational Smart Grids (OSG) infrastructure operational policies, standards, best practices, procedures, tools, and projects in support of efficient, resilient, and secure operations of OSG supported applications and facilities. Directs and works with technical teams and external vendors to provide operational support for a diverse set of operational enterprise services. Monitor operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Align the operational requirements with relevant global/corporate operational requirement(s), security framework(s) and/or

associated regulatory compliance. Provide leadership and solution construction including installations of Identity and Access Management (IAM) products for User life-cycle management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, (SSO) Single Sign-On, Federation, and Privileged Account Management.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

  • Provide timely responses to all incidents, tasks and requests assigned to meet Service Level Agreements.

  • Work with internal clients, suppliers/contractors, project teams and other technical staff to identify, design and support technical solutions.

  • Provide maintenance following the change management process.

  • Lead the technical implementation plans in support of technical projects.

  • Maintain regulatory compliance under NERC/CIP guidelines.

  • Maintain high quality security controls surrounding the critical SCADA systems.

  • Perform/coordinate special assignments from OSG Cyber Compliance Sr Manager.

  • Provide professional and technical mentoring for team members.

  • Data to day supervision of internal and external resources both local and remote.


Education & Experience Required:

  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Computer Science, or other technical discipline

  • Will consider additional years of relevant experience (10+ years) and/or related technical certifications in lieu of degree requirement (in accordance with the FLSA Computer Professionals Exemption)

  • Meet at least one of the following:

  • AS Technical Related Degree with 8+ years' technical experience

  • BS Technical Related Degree with 6-8 years' technical experience

  • MS Technical Related Degree with 4+ years' technical experience

  • Preferred experience would include supervisory experience over staff, projects, or contractors

  • Position requires a minimum of four (4) years' experience working with identity and access solutions in an enterprise environment

  • Position requires in depth knowledge of ITIL aligned Service Management principles and processes. ITIL V3 certification is preferred. At least 4 years' experience in a Service Management role, with significant exposure to IT audit and compliance; 4+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and delivering impactful service improvements in complex technical environments involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Professional certification in an audit and compliance related area, is a plus e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISM. Familiarity with industry standard compliance and security frameworks/ regulations - e.g. Data Privacy, SOX, NERC, CIP, encryption/ cryptography standards and other international, federal, and state regulations as applicable to the Utility industry

  • Experience in .NET Applications and Development and Scripting is a plus, Web Application security, Software Security, HTTP and related technologies, Database/Directory integration, x509 Certificates, Windows, Unix, Linux, Experience with IAM products: CA / SiteMinder, Radiant Logic, Sailpoint, Centrify, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, IBM, Okta, Oracle, RSA, Federated Identity and Single Sign-On, Access Management and API Gateways, SAML, WSFederation, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and/or SCIM standards, RADIUS and/or KERBEROS, APIs (SOAP, XML, REST, JSON), Social APIs including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. User Directory (Active Directory OpenLDAP, OpenDJ, etc.), Java and/or .NET development, Amazon's AWS services (i.e. VPCs, SES, RC2, R3, Route 53, Cloud Formation, etc.)

  • Understanding of relevant Compliance Regulations and Policies (NERC-CIP, Etc.)

  • Working understanding of the NERC-CIP requirements

  • Knowledge of IT security best practices


  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms

  • The ability to demonstrate good communication skills both written and orally (This communication would be with team members, other departments, regulating authorities and leadership local and abroad)

  • Must be able to work independently and contribute proactively to drive results

  • Able to develop effective business cases for enhancements

  • Capable for reviewing work of less experienced staff and ensures quality even on the most complex tasks or projects; Additionally, provides training and mentoring to others to increase cross functional capabilities of other

  • Able to supervise the management of the credentials, privileges, and access for distributed systems to ensure all information systems are functional and secure, ensuring that SLAs are met

  • Able to supervise the maintenance of IAM security policy including providing updates to CIS procedural documents to support policy

  • Must possess ability to deal collaboratively, diplomatically, and successfully with customers, co-workers, direct reports and other professional colleagues, managers, and staff

  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, as well as work independently with limited supervision

  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills while providing first class customer service

  • Requires outstanding oral and written communication skills

The Store Supervisor partners with the management team to understand daily/weekly/monthly store priorities. They participate in and support merchandise placement, fulfillment and store recovery. Store Supervisors participate in monitoring associate compliance to all company policies and procedures as well adherence to Asset Protection standards. They assist in assigned projects and tasks to support service levels which include opening and closing the store. Reports to: Store Manager and/or Co-Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service * Maintain In-Store Experience by modeling CEL behaviors, redirecting associate behaviors to achieve store goals and responding to customer requests and/or feedback with a high sense of urgency. * Ensures customers have a positive experience by maintaining DSW store standards. Completes all tasking related to daily open/close including store cleaning, recovery and maintenance standards. * Meets metric based goals by reviewing, understanding and clearly communicating daily/weekly/monthly goals. Able to clearly communicate business trends to SM/ML. * Reviews daily communication; plans and assigns tasks throughout the day and follows through with required actions. * Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or other leader. Inventory Management * Increase sales and success by maintaining sales floor and stockroom, enable the flow of merchandise to ensure an appealing experience to consumers. * Supervises and participates in the planning and execution of all inventory management related activities including but not limited to; freight receipt, placement, markdown and MOOS. * Responsible for all omni activities in store including but not limited to Charge/Send, BOPIS/BOSTS, Delivery. * Leverages inventory reports to maximize productivity and merchandise presentation on the sales floor. * Responsible for ensuring a safe environment for both customers and associates. Ensure all equipment is in good operating condition and checked regularly. * Maintains supply inventory to ensure a successful floor moves, markdowns and fulfillment in areas of stockroom, cashwrap, clearance and non-sales areas. * Performs, maintains and completes all information related to audits, donations, transfers, mismates, damages, etc. Human Resources * Work closely with the store leadership team to understand and follow policy and procedure * Assists the Store Manager and other leaders in recruiting/interview candidates * Support team by training, coaching, directing associates and communicates development feedback of others to the management team in an efficient manner * Provides feedback to the Store Manager on associate performance and communicates associate relations issues to Store Manager for follow up. * Supports team in managing payroll and associate timekeeping activities * Recognize associates through our company recognition tools.
