Supervisor of Clinical Dietetics in the Portland Service Area (Full-time, Day shift)
This position oversees and supports In-patient Dietitians Providence Portland Medical Center and Providence St. Vincent's Medical Center.
$7,000 hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The Supervisor-Clinical Dietetics plans and oversees the activities of clinical dietitians at designated hospital locations across Oregon. This position serves as a liaison between Clinical Nutrition and Food Services and is responsible for distributing pertinent information to front line caregivers. Primary responsibilities include supervising, scheduling, and assisting in hiring clinical nutrition caregivers, ensuring that the food served to patients meets nutrition standards, and monitoring clinical nutrition staffing, workloads, and productivity. The Supervisor-Clinical Dietetics is responsible for managing onboarding and training of clinical nutrition caregivers as well as maintaining clinician competency and development.
The Supervisor-Clinical Dietetics assists with audits and regularly evaluates ministry policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements put in place by state and federal government, The Joint Commission (TJC), and CMS and any other pertinent regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Food and Nutrition from an AND-accredited college/program.
Upon hire: Oregon Dietitian License
Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian
