We are currently seeking a Full Time Supervisor, Global Client Services to join the LifeNet Health team in our Virginia Beach location. Hours for this position are 9am 5pm, Monday through Friday, with on call responsibilities.

As a Supervisor of Global Client Services you would be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the personnel assigned to the department to ensure that our external and internal customers receive effective, efficient service through our best practices and adherence to company policies and AATB guidelines. Overseeing the consignment program. Providing customer service and technical support to clients. Responsible for supporting company and departmental goals through the implementation of directives, quality standards and process improvements.

You would be expected to perform all tasks assigned to you, including but not limited to:

  • Implement activities for the department to drive customer retention, service excellence, and personal growth and promote a healthy productive environment.

  • Identify errors and create solutions that increase the accuracy, efficiency, service, productivity and customer experience for our clients.

  • Provide documentation and company support for training on departmental procedures, processes, development of problem resolution and service skills.

  • Proactively coach the team and find both formal and informal opportunities to share experience, knowledge and expertise.

  • Monitor SAP administrative transactions for accuracy and adherence to best practices. Assist in testing of new or revised SOPs.

  • Monitor assigned collection activities and works with Sales and Accounting departments on follow up and resolution. Provide collection support by troubleshooting discrepancies, contact customers for information and working with accounting department to resolve any hospital billing issues within the assigned region.

  • Retain, motivate and recognize associates through incentive and recognition programs.

  • Promote teamwork, demonstrate outstanding service and accepts responsibility for the overall success of the team. Develop and maintain employee schedules within the department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a data entry position

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Logical analysis skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • The ability to communicate with individuals via written and verbal at all levels of an organization both confidently and proficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree: Business or related field such as Health Sciences, Management

  • Working Knowledge of SAP or an ERM system

  • Basic knowledge of LifeNet Health's products and the products of our alliance partners.
