Inside Sales / Business Development Sales Center Supervisor
We are looking for a dynamic and motivational leader for a new Lead Development Supervisor role. We are growing rapidly and this opportunity is a result of the transportation industry recognizing our products as first in class. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily activity of contact center policies and procedures including meeting contact center operational standards, maintaining employee service levels, improving quality service, preparing reports, maintaining professional and industry knowledge, and accomplishing organizational goals. The supervisor will be a cheerleader, subject matter expert and motivator - supporting on-the-floor activities of our Lead Development Reps.
Manage by walking around. Be visible to answer questions.
Monitor queue. Keep agents aware of calls waiting, abandonment rate, etc.
Become a subject matter expert and remain visible and available to answer questions.
Provide ongoing training to Lead Development Representatives
Take escalated calls that agents cant handle and be available when an agent appears to need assistance.
Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
Monitors and evaluates interactions to ensure that performance standards, call volume target and other KPIs are met.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the company processes and procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
1-2 years of Inside Sales / Business Development supervisory experience preferred
Expert level understanding of a sales process and lead generation operation that results in qualifying and closing sales quickly.
Ability to coach and develop others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment.
People management or performance management in a lead or supervisory role.
