Supervisor, Business Associate FT Day Internal Medicine Paramus

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervise Business Associate staff for practice and coordinate work processes. Responsible for overseeing scheduling of staff, providing feedback on job performance, and orienting new Business Associates. Bilingual � Spanish speaking preferred.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent. Associate�s degree in business administration or healthcare related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Five (5) years of business-related experience with a minimum of two (2) years supervisory or oversight accountability for support staff required. Business Associate experience preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Effective communication and writing skills-ability to articulate and use proper spelling and grammar. Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff.

Effective critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, decision making, prioritizing, time management, etc. Ability to multitask and pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another efficiency and maintain composure. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency with computer / Windows environment and software applications. Typing/keyboarding skills at 25-30 wpm minimum. Position may require rotating to other VMG locations from time to time when necessary.
