Under limited direction, this position is responsible for coordinating facility, equipment, inventory, safety, and administrative functions. This position ensures appropriate assets are available for an effective and efficient district donor sourcing program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.
Assures quality customer service to all customers.
Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy.
Hires, supervises, trains and evaluates performance of assigned personnel. Identifies and effectively resolves personnel issues.
Assists in ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, policies and procedures related to respective areas.
Monitors inventory levels and availability of critical supplies and equipment for assigned operations including restocking and ordering.
Assists with implementation and monitoring inventory control procedures to maintain cost effective supply levels for the district.
Assists with the coordination of district fleet operations and maintenance of assigned fleet.
Assists with facility management including repair and maintenance of property.
Ensures all communication technology. (e.g. phone systems, building security, fire alarms, etc.) are operational.
Assists in ensuring facility and vehicle compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) standards as well as Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Coordinates and manages equipment repair and maintenance.
Interfaces with local vendors as applicable.
Coordinates all other administrative functions as assigned.
Collaborates and communicates effectively across departmental and functional lines to provide information and receive feedback to ensure operational continuity.
Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Knowledge of related equipment and computer systems required.
Valid in-state driver's license required.
Three years of related experience required.
One year supervisory experience preferred.
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must have analytical, statistical, personal organization and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of management.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.
Must have a participative management style, strong team development, and coaching skills.
Must have proficient computer skills.
Ability to travel (25 %)
