In this position, you will supervise and manage the daily activities of a large operational group of specialists, analysts and senior analysts. Responsibilities include staffing, resource management and allocation, audits, project management, staff development, coaching and training.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily activities of your team by assessing workload, assigning work details, managing volumes to assure SLAs are met.

  • Coordinate department activities to ensure accurate and efficient operations

  • Partner with other leaders in the organization to evaluation, coordinate and document work flow and processes with focus on efficiency and quality.

  • Responsible for daily management of incoming work.

  • Identify compliance and quality improvements and initiatives corrective actions.

  • Develops staff by providing one-on-one coaching, training and other opportunities of professional development.

  • Identify issues, training needs and develop and maintain processes within the department

  • Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the company and department.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • 1 years of management or team lead experience

  • Success driven manager/leader experience having demonstrated 3 years in a production or customer service environment

  • Project management experience - such as identification of resources, development and communication of objectives, successful implementation of schedules and timelines, meeting leadership and project status reporting, and review and follow up with project results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills; able to work with team members and all levels within the organization.

  • Organizational skills

  • Strong technical and analytical skills

  • Ability to provide leadership and directions

Primary Responsibilities: * Act as a liaison to bonus database administrator – help to validate database changes / enhancements, contact person for database administrator with database issues / questions * Regional program data file validation prior to going to A / P * Maintains updates to department policies and procedures – bonus programs, A / P, 5500 / GL reporting, etc. * Ensuring accurate payments are delivered in a timely manner * Administering bonus payments to external brokers on a monthly and quarterly basis * Identify and research missing data from various sources * Respond to escalated issues from internal departments * Works with department manager on new initiatives * Assist manager with general department workflow * Train and mentor other department employees Skills and Functions: * Work is self directed * Serves as a resource to others * Assesses and interprets customer needs * Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems * Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues * Coaches, provides feedback and guides others Key Responsibilities: * Develop and enhance other databases used for department functionality or productivity (ex.
