In this Supervisor, Billing Operations role, you will:

  • This Supervisor, Billing Operations will supervise a team up to 10-20 direct reports, and will possibly have overtime hours during Member Open Enrollment season (November to February).

  • Will need to be flexible to work either an early shift (starting at 5:00am CST) or work late shift (ending at 6:00pm CST).

  • Oversee the preparation of internal and external billing ensuring timely and accurate processing

  • Ensure all billing related activities are recorded accurately and timely in the financial system

  • Evaluate current processes and recommend and implement improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency

  • Perform various analysis and reports and present and recommend improvements to management

  • Develop and oversee effective payment posting and reconciling procedures

  • Investigate and respond to escalated and complex billing related issues

This Supervisor, Billing Operations will oversee the daily operations of activities related to billing. This individual will also supervise a team up to 10-20 direct reports, and will possibly have overtime hours during Member Open Enrollment season (November to February). Two flexible schedule to select from: Early shift (starting at 5:00am CST) or Late shift (ending at 6:00pm CST).


  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of accounts receivable, billing, or finance experience.
