SUPERVISOR, ADMINISTRATIVE CLINICAL OPERATIONS FOR PRIMARY CARE, MIT Health, to provide day-to-day oversight of patient services, including supervising patient services representatives and/or temporary employees. Will be responsible for ensuring that each patient's experience is positive and that patient flow and appointment scheduling are accurate and efficient; supervising people in visible positions who have extensive patient contact both in person and by telephone; providing backup to the manager, clinical operations in administrative project work and interacting with vendors and/or other external stakeholders; serving as a principal resource on all operational matters, sometimes acting as a consultant to other service areas; collaborating with other key stakeholders to develop and implement effective and efficient procedures; and participating in confidential employee meetings and evaluating employee performance.
