Summary:
The Supervisor
Business Partner Support position is responsible for leading a team of Business Partner Support data coordinators supporting the BPS related functions of the Corporate Accounting
Shared Services division of Energy Transfer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct supervision over business partner support data coordinators processing pending Remedy ticket requests on the behalf of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide guidance to resolve issues causing BPS remedy tickets to enter a pending status.
Work unified with shared service departments to maintain consistency with all areas of business and maximize benefits of all departments
Manage and distribute workload of pending and inquiry tickets.
Provide customer service training, procedures and coaching to direct reports.
Compile and analyze feedback submitted by requestors and leverage the data for coaching opportunities with direct reports.
Participate in and oversee special projects as required.
Supervise the daily responsibilities and development of direct reports.
Responsible for rectifying any questions/concerns for the day-to-day activity of the direct reports and ensuring that the team's work is performed accurately and timely.
Effectively and efficiently, handle escalation requests submitted to the BPS Customer Service team.
Strong emphasis on data analytics
Adherence to policies and procedures as defined by SOX
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant experience
SAP system experience for master data; preferably S4 HANA
Intermediate Excel and Power Point skills
Accounts Payable/Receivable data and invoice processing
IRS W9 and 1099 requirements
Understanding of general accounting functions related to the Oil & Gas industry
Strong customer relations skills and the ability to work within the department, with management, external departments and consultants
Self-starter with strong verbal & written communication skills
Solid time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects & meet deadlines, and function independently & efficiently in a fast paced environment

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Usually, normal office working conditions.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
