We are looking for a Supervising Producer of OTT Programming to help develop a comprehensive strategy around WIRED's OTT app. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in VOD programming for Over-the-Top platforms (Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, etc.) to help us grow our audience and build content that will attract new viewers across emerging platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thought-leader who is excited about the opportunity to bring smart, engaging content to curious viewers; a self-starter who loves piloting new projects; and a team player who will work closely with members of our acquisitions, operations, product and programming teams to build an innovative, successful OTT channel.


  • Work closely with the Executive Producer and members of CNE's team to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for programming WIRED's OTT channel that includes acquiring premier third-party programming, curating in-house content and developing original programming.

  • Create tactics for attracting audiences through successful originals, binge-worthy programming, tentpole events and creative tie-ins.

  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Acquisitions to identify high-quality, on-brand series and docs available for licensing within budget

  • Manage a quarterly budget and ensure content comes in on-time and at cost.

  • Work with marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain audience.

  • Provide opportunities for monetization by building sponsor- and advertising-friendly packages

  • Monitor and identify success stories from across the industry that help inform our planning.

  • Work with product and operations staff to ensure the smooth function of the app and evaluate progress


  • 5-7 years experience in video production or programming, with at least 3 years experience specifically in programming VOD content for Over-the-Top platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to manage launches and programming strategy and effectively track growth and progress.

  • Strong working knowledge of the landscape of OTT

Compounds, manufactures, and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical products using standard physical and chemical procedures to fill written prescriptions. Reviews written prescriptions for accuracy, completeness and issuance by an authorized prescriber. Maintains records and statistics. Responsibilities Include: 1. Supervises, hires, trains, disciplines and evaluates the performance of assigned Pharmacy staff. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner. 2. Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with internal hospital administration including the Therapeutics Committee and Parenteral and Standardization Committee. 3. Supervises pharmacists and technicians in compounding medications, filling written prescriptions and medication requests. 4. Regularly communicates with Pharmacy staff concerning information obtained on medications such as warnings, drug compatibility and incompatibility or other pharmaceuticals. 5. Informs Director of activities, needs and problems within the department. 6. Assists in establishing, updating and maintaining the Siemen's Pharmacy computer system and maintains all patient prescription charges, pharmaceutical supplies, controlled substance files, and roster of all poison and habit-forming drugs. 7. Maintains adequate controls over requisitioning and dispensing of all pharmaceuticals. 8. Dispenses medications to in-patients in accordance with established policy and procedure including reviewing orders for completeness, interactions, incompatibilities and other inconsistencies. 9. Documents non-formulary drug approvals, restricted drug approvals an unusual medication orders by completing appropriate records. 10. Consults with prescriber when discrepancies are identified and reports discrepancies to manager. 11. Handles unusual problems to resolution; prepares billing charges for Finance. 12. Supervises and/or prepares compounding and dispensing of parenteral admixtures and controlled drugs; completes and maintains appropriate records. 13. Performs related duties, as required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a five (5) year program, required. PharmD, preferred. * Current New York State Pharmacy registration, required. * Minimum of three (3) years experience as a registered Pharmacist including experience in a leadership role, required. * Knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy practice, preferred. * Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic technique and regulations regarding the preparation of intravenous admixtures.
