Refrigeration Technician

Report to: Facilities Management Field Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance in assigned stores.

  • Manage resources (ie. Vehicle, parts inventory, tools, etc.) as presented in Policies and Procedures.

  • Follow and support all company policies and procedures.

  • Use knowledge and ability to proactively prevent and resolve refrigeration and other maintenance issues.

  • Communicate with Store Management to maintain facilities.

  • 3+ years commercial /supermarket refrigeration experience (Proficiency with parallel refrigeration racks)

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.

  • Technical school certificate or Formal Refrigeration and HVAC training

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Universal E.P.A. Certification

  • Computer Skills

  • Minimum 50lb. weight lifting requirement

  • Experience with DDC controls a plus

  • Great understanding of complex electrical control circuitry and related devices

Assist the Social Media & Digital Coordinator in the following: * Keep the internal calendar of promotions and events (blog content, community and sports marketing initiatives, brand stories, etc.) up-to-date and accurate. * Take notes during the social media planning, creative and vendor partner meetings. * Initiate social media projects through the project management platform – Workfront. * Assist in the planning and organization of social media video and photography shoots. * Perform minor copywriting duties based on proficiency. * Organize social media contracts and program request forms. * Schedule social media posts by platform. * Handle internal communication of vendor social media programs. * Fulfill email templates for social media communication. * Gather and report social analytics by post. * Prepare program recaps for vendor partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Admin. Assist the Social Media Digital Coordinator in the following: * Assists in the management of the GVP's daily schedule, appointments and correspondence. Makes decisions pertaining to GVP's schedule and work demands. Updates GVP on issues which need to be immediately addressed. * Screens incoming calls and e-mails. Responds when possible. * Creates and maintains spreadsheet files. * Assists in the coordination of Senior Staff meetings and events. * Assists in the arrangement of complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies Directors or GVP when requested. * Greets visitors and accompanies visitors to GVP or appropriate person. * Assists others with telephone coverage on a daily basis. * Handles the supply ordering for the Marketing Department.
