Superintendent - Restaurant Construction

If you are a Superintendent with restaurant experience, please read on Our company is a South Florida-based national general contractor with over 50 years of success in high-end commercial construction and a varied portfolio of restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, and commercial projects. We primarily build high-end luxury restaurants. South Florida tri-county area (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties). We have a lot of projects coming up and we need several Superintendents to join our team as soon as possible What You Will Be Doing

• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation

• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs

• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline

• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers

• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors

• Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly

• Maintain a daily log for the job sites operations, reporting to management as necessary

• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines

• Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient What You Need for this Position At least 3 years of experience with the following:
