Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team on a new project at a notable naval base. This project is an 11 million dollar missile magazine project, expected to last for a duration of about 5 months, with the project slated to conclude by April 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the on-site team, overseeing subcontractor management, and documenting as needed. The role requires an individual who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on base

• Compliance with all safety procedures

• Technological savvy

• OSHA 30

• Excel and Outlook experience

• Concrete experience (preferred)

• Experience with project size ranging from 8M and up (preferred)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Jacksonville, Florida.

Work Environment

This is a heavy civil, heavy structural project involving sitework and landscaping. The project is located in Jacksonville, Florida. The project involves constructing a missile magazine under earth, including concrete structures with large front door openings.
