The Role
Position is for Superintendent in CFA to lead the Foundry Shop.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge
Supervise and train employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed
Recommend training to enhance skill and productivity of employees, and assists in development of training procedures
Break broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans
Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc.
Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance
Supervise qualified trades staff; monitoring job and budget performance for all shifts.
Must Have
BS/Apprentice + 8 years construction/production management experience OR Non-BS/Non-Apprentice + 10 years construction/production management experience.
