  Responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Central Florida and/or South Florida markets. This includes budget and subcontractor management, jobsite safety, materials procurement, scheduling and supervision. Must-Have Skills : 10 years of experience in commercial construction project supervision 3 years of recent experience in healthcare construction projects, preferably Florida-based AHCA jobs ICRA experience OSHA 10 or higher Nice to Have Skills : OSHA 30 certified 15 years of experience 5-7 years of experience in AHCA projects Experience working directly in the South FL or Central FL markets
