Superintendent - Ground Up/Tenant Finish

Superintendent Salary: $90k-$150k/year Requirements: 5 years experience - Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Retail, Institutional Founded in 1986, we are a GC and Construction Management company providing construction services throughout Texas from small tenant projects to multi-milliion dollar projects. We mainly focus on ground up and tenant finish jobs within these sectors: Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Medical, Retail, and Renovation. What You Will Be Doing 1) Oversee aspects of construction project from planning to implementation 2) Complete 4 week look ahead schedules 3) Verify subcontractors are on schedule 4) Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors 5) Schedule inspections and meet with engineers, architects, and owners. 6) Verify building conforms to plans and specifications 7) Complete daily reports 8) Complete safety inspection on your project What You Need for this Position 1) 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent 2) Ground Up/Tenant Finish Projects 3) Expereince with Microsoft Word and Excel 4) Excellent Leadership/Detailed-Oriented/Saftey Skills What's In It for You 1) Medical/Dental/Vision/Life 2) IRA or 401k Plans 3) PTO/Vacation Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
