Job Description Lead and manage all on-site operations of construction projects.

Supervise subcontractors, labor, and project progress. Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct daily meetings with teams to discuss project status and challenges. Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts. Manage project documentation, including reports and daily logs.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and OSHA regulations.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
