Superintendent - Construction

• Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.

• Creates, maintains construction schedules, 3 week look ahead, identifies and solves problems.

• Conduct foreman meetings.

• Work with Project Management Team, Executive Leadership, Clients, etc. What You Need for this Position

• 5 years of Superintendent Experience

• Commercial Construction and/or Multi-Family Experience

• Ground up Experience and/or Tenant Improvement Experience

• High School Diploma What's In It for You
