Superintendent - Construction

Position Overview: The Superintendent will oversee all construction activities on commercial projects, with a focus on senior living, multi-family, healthcare, and office buildings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end construction and will be responsible for ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all construction activities on commercial projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and codes. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met.

Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all workers on the construction site. Manage and mentor junior staff members to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with a focus on commercial projects. Experience in high-end construction is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
