As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, offering both on-site administrative support and technical expertise. Compensation: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 bonus Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Responsibilities of the Superintendent include:

Managing and overseeing the construction site, ensuring smooth project execution Supervising on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors Collaborating with project teams to develop project plans and schedules Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as needed Ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards Communicating project updates and progress to project teams and stakeholders Assisting in developing and monitoring project budgets Qualifications of the Superintendent include:

Must be authorized to work in the United States Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry or a similar role Strong knowledge of various construction trades and their requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Application Notice: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
