The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in overseeing healthcare, education, and/or commercial construction projects with project values ranging from $1 million to $50 million. Experience in healthcare projects is preferred.What You’ll Do:

Experience in healthcare projects is preferred.What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and organize construction activities, overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and other involved parties.
- Manage on-site teams, providing guidance and maintaining productivity and safety protocols.
- Interpret construction blueprints, enforce compliance with regulations, and promptly resolve any on-site issues to keep projects on course.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize delays and budget overruns, ensuring efficient achievement of project objectives.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare, education, and/or commercial construction projects
- Experience managing projects ranging from $1 million to $50 million.
- Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare projects.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage on-site teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and enforce regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
- Salary is market competitive and depends on experience, ranging from $80k to $120k.
