Actalent is seeking a Superintendent
Description:
Superintendent to oversee large Lab renovation project for at the National Institute of Health's Bethesda campus.
The project is an interior renovations of an existing lab space.
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects
Review scope of work, engage subcontractors and coordinate site visits in order for subcontractors to bid the work
Estimating and bidding task order contracts and IDIQs
Project Scheduling, including subcontractor management
EM385-1-1 OSHA30 are a must (QCM cert is added bonus)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
PREVIOUS lab experience is highly preferred.
Help with driving a schedule
Computer savvy (MS Office, Excel, etc)
5+ years of construction experience, preferably on federal government projects.
A mature professional with excellent organizational and communication skills
Construction field experience and project management skills
An ambitious doer that wanted to take initiative and grow within the organization and advance
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
Must have experience working FOR a GC
Must have experience working in the United States
