Job Description

• Seeking a dedicated Superintendent to provide overall leadership for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction operations.

• This role includes direct supervision of assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of work, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed profit goals.

• This position focuses on ensuring a safe workplace, promoting and enhancing client relationships, and upholding the company image.

Work Environment

• The role involves significant work on commercial and private construction projects, requiring daily presence on job sites and working in a trailer.

• The Superintendent will provide field support and assist the Project Manager in the office to ensure timely project completion.
