Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the onsite construction process of a newly awarded project in metro-Detroit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all construction activities in accordance with the established design, budget, and scheduling guidelines. This includes planning and scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling activities on the construction site. Key responsibilities also involve coordinating work activities to ensure safety, timeliness, and quality, reporting to the Project Manager (PM), working closely with the PM and Project Engineer (PE), overseeing the punch list process completion, and coordinating with the Owner's representative on project schedules.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in LIVONIA, Michigan.

Work Environment

The position is primarily based in Ann Arbor, MI, focusing on the Ann Arbor Public School remodel projects during the summer and initiating new projects in Q3. Work hours are mainly from 8 AM to 4 PM with flexibility and minimal Saturday work. A company cell phone and mileage reimbursement for local travel are provided.
