Description:

(Plan, Communicate, and Manage)

• Will be attending meetings with client & contractor

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force

• Review and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate

• Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager

• Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and Contractors

• Conduct quality & safety inspections

• Coordinate site testing and inspection effort

• Communicate and enforce Whiting-Turner's Safety and Health Management Program

• Manage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all

activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates

• Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports

• Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman's

meetings

Bachelors in Construction Management a plus
