The Superfeet Product Manager is an important member of the Product Team, working closely with the Director of Product and Innovation to curate the product vision and strategy to contribute to the growth of the Superfeet's global business objectives. As a Product Manager you will manage new product creation through the stage gate process from ideation through the commercialization. You will be responsible for creating market-leading products that enable the Superfeet brand to grow and meet business goals by evolving, developing and organizing the product offerings.

Your responsibilities

  • Embrace and live the Superfeet purpose: to make a positive difference in all of the lives you touch

  • Work closely with the Director of Product and Innovation to assure harmony of the product families and evolve the line architecture to match business growth goals and objectives.

  • Compile consumer data, retail trends and competitive data to create innovative ideas for creating/maintaining a comprehensive product strategy for Superfeet product line(s).

  • Present line concepts, product and strategic vision to management, retailers, sales associates and peers at a wide range of formal and informal meetings.

  • Provide consumer and category product information to consumer marketing, trade marketing and design teams.

  • Assist in proofing product line needs which includes collateral sales tools such as catalogs, components, hang tags, Point of Purchase (P.O.P), packaging and label/logo information.

  • Assist in the Product Marketing team in the development of key product insights for retailers, internal support teams, marketing and sales personnel.

  • Ensure that product timelines are met and that all relevant product-related information is provided to appropriate departments in a timely manner.

Your knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Possess a general understanding of consumers and consumer behaviors (category insights, preferences and interests)

  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of footwear technology and function across a variety of retail channels (e.g. run, outdoor, sporting goods, ski, independent shoe, etc.).

  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced work environment

  • Possess the ability to anticipate how decisions may impact all departments in our organization, our retail partners and/or our customers.

  • Display an enthusiastic, self-motivated and collaborative mindset focused on providing solutions

  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Possess a thorough understanding of and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint

Your experience and education

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in a product-related role (preferably in sporting goods), or 2 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree

  • Experience working with PLM software preferred

As a Human Resources Manager you'll work on key initiatives and build strong relationships across the company that will position Superfeet for growth into the future. Your responsibilities * Plan, organize and control all day-to-day activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems * Oversee timely and accurate administration for payroll and benefits for the US, Canada, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France * Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems * Advise managers on organizational matters including EEO, and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes * Assist in the analysis of compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements * Assist in the analysis of training needs to design employee development plans and conduct corporate trainings * Oversee and participate in recruitment efforts for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; extend job offers; oversee and participate in new-employee orientations * Oversee bi-annual employment performance evaluation program and revise as necessary * Conduct exit interviews and manage exit documentation * Ensure best practices for all health and safety programs * Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws Your knowledge, skills and abilities * Extensive knowledge of HR laws and practices * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization * Comfortable and experienced giving candid and direct feedback * Strong business acumen * Ability to lead others, providing effective coaching and support * Driven to be proactive and not reactive * Makes fact-based, data driven decisions * Demonstrates an ability to hold oneself and others accountable * Strong organizational skills, including time management; ability to manage multiple, competing priorities * Strong change management skills * Capable of delivering training programs to groups * Experience with Paylocity a plus!
