As a Fraud Supervisor, your focus is the supervision and development of employees, policies, and procedures for proactive fraud detection, prevention, and client repair. You'll coach representatives on the keys to delivering consistent and accurate results. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT OUR FRAUD SUPERVISORS ENJOY MOST

• Collaborating with leadership to establish performance KPIs across the team

• Leading a team of Fraud Specialists and delegating their responsibilities

• Coaching team members, assisting with their development

• Working across departments while conducting investigations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Relevant work: 6 years

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

• TechnicalSkills: Ability to quantify risk and exposure

• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of management

• Schedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

• Effective prioritization and organization when multitasking

• Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures

• Experience with industry wide fraud detection tools
