SunTrust Bank Campus Recruitment Specialist, University Relations:
Support the University Relations team by maintaining budgets and event calendars, coordinating travel, and tracking recruiting program results
Assist in planning on-campus and in-office events to help recruit students from colleges and universities
Plan and execute campus and in-person interview days to include: schedule creation, space procurement, candidate travel, interviewer sign-up, candidate packet creation, greeting and seating candidates, arranging catering, etc.
Work alongside the University Relations Recruiter to staff all events - presentations, interviews on campus, campus events, conferences, etc.
Full event coordination for on-campus recruiting (i.e. event logistics and catering)
Schedule candidate phone screens and meetings as needed outside of the interview day process (i.e. Non Core School candidates and Referrals)
Utilize web-based applicant tracking system and Microsoft Excel to maintain candidate data and reporting
Create offer letter documents and ensure they are sent in a timely manner
Perform other various administrative responsibilities that relate to campus recruiting
Facilitate on-boarding process with human resources for summer Intern and full-time hires
Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for college/universities, candidates, hiring managers and school teams
Take part in special project assignments to develop University Relations processes and tools for the campus recruiting function
Provide accurate and timely data, reports, acknowledgements, follow-up and other updates throughout the recruitment timelines
Provide project support on various projects and activities in relation to the Campus recruitment team and internship programs
At least 1-3 years of prior recruiting experience, preferably in a Campus Recruiting or University Relations coordination role or other professional services firm experience.

Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
Experience with an applicant tracking system (prefer ably Taleo)
A desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree required
