Summer Student Worker - Unanue - Summer 2024

JOB SUMMARY:

The Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute is seeking to hire a Summer Work Study student to perform general office work duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, mailing, answering phones and correspondences, as assigned by the Executive Director of the Unanue Latino Institute. Additional responsibilities may include public relations, special events coordination, alumni/scholar engagement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with basic administrative functions of an office. Filing, sorting, collating, maintaining records, light office duties and running errands. Must have strong writing skills, organizational skills and must be registered for the Fall 2024 semester.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with the Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute's work.
