Summer Student Technology Support

Qualifications:

Must be a SDST High School student.

Possess interpersonal skills and interest in gaining experience in the technology field.

Ability to follow directions and work under pressure.

Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50lbs.

Description:

The School District of Springfield Township is seeking candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to learn. Candidates should have the ability to work with network wiring, climb ladders and relate well within the school community.

Candidates would be responsible for a variety of responsibilities within the technology department. All students will be working with current technology staff.

Terms of employment:

Must be available June 12, 2024 through August 29, 2024, Monday through Thursday, full day. Number of weekly hours may vary, depending on need.

State Police Clearance (Act 34)

Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)

FBI Fingerprints (Act 114)

School Health Record - includes physical & tb test from within a year

Act 24 (PDE Form 6004) - Arrest/Conviction Report

PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release- A separate form must be completed for:

1.Current employer; and

2.All former employers that were school entities; and

3.All former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.
