Summer Strength and Conditioning Coach

Supervisor

2024 Summer Schedule

4 days per week for 12 weeks, starting May 28th and ending August 15th (No Lifting on 7/4)

Daily Times/Sessions

• 6:30am-8am, 8am-9:30am, and 6pm-8pm. Session times may be adjusted depending upon the number of students attending.

Responsibilities

• The Summer Strength and Conditioning Coach will:

• Support the growth and development of all students that participate in the summer training program

• Work with the activities director and sport coaches to develop a training program for all students

• Provide individualized programming for students within the overall training program which includes evaluating athletes and keeping athlete training records

• Provide alternate programming/exercises for students with injuries or who are following prescribed rehabilitation plans

• Provide instruction on training principles, correct form, and safety while performing exercises

• Organize, manage, and supervise all training sessions

• Maintaining the strength and conditioning facility during the summer which includes establishing policies, plans, and procedures for the safe and professional operation of the strength and conditioning facility.

• Meet ALL Lincoln County School District #1 employment requirements.
