UNCW STEAM Team is a week-long, residential academic summer program hosted by UNCW for ninth and tenth grade students recruited from New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties. The program encourages students from populations underrepresented in universities and colleges to pursue higher education and a variety of career paths through applied learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.
